Cutest Little Piglet Photo Contest

Is your child the cutest little piglet around? Well then enter Covenant Health Care's "Cutest Little Piglet" contest! To enter download this form and send or drop off to Covenant by Saturday, July 30th.

All entrants will be pooled by age group and the top 5 from each will become semi-finalists! The 15 finalists will be on display at The Labadie Pig Gig Aug. 4th -7th. Labadie Pig Gig attendees will have the opportunity to vote and help determine the cutest little piglet!
